Praetorian Capital only works with private placements and typically only private placements to companies listed on a regulated exchange – usually a European exchange. Within this narrow scope of operation we are capable of structuring and sourcing a multitude of solutions.

With every company and its situation being unique the individual funding structure we provide is unique too. It can consist of different types of equity and debt, including structured equity commitments, convertible debentures, project financing and mezzanine capital – either in conjunction or just as a single of the elements. The total funding will usually be delivered by a single investor.

The investment funds are always arms-length investors. Hence they will not require board seats nor any other type of control with the company.
