Structuring the funding makes it possible for us to source funding above a company’s current market cap – without any change in control. We have no upper limit to the size of the funding and we usually do not assist in investments less than EUR 10M.

For companies with a typical market capitalization of EUR 10M or less we have access to a range of specialized investment funds that can provide investments below EUR 10M.
